<LISTEN ON APPLE PODCAST>
Fiction meets reality on this one! We kick off the first show of 2021 with a memorial mix for the late super villain, MF DOOM. Mike Styles plays some of his favorite beats, remixes, demos and tributes from the masked hero including a 15+ year old remix from the Beats of All-Nations archive by Blindherd (aka Bmark).
Keeping it in character on hour number two as we are joined by the winner of Serato’s Most Creative Livestream 2020, The Boom Bap Kids, DJing in puppet form on their first radio guest appearance. Silent John and Jayski are in the mix with this display of actual puppets DJing, a first for both Beats of All-Nations Radio and Dublab…and possibly Radio History?! Producer Mike Steele and creator Woeski Martin also join us to discuss executing the vision. Stay tuned to beatsofallnations.com and follow us on YouTube & Instagram for the video component of the puppet sets.
Tune into The Boom Bap Kids every Friday night at 10:30pm on Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/theboombapkids
