Beat Cinema is a music space born in the Inland Empire with a global reach, focused on music producers performing their art in front of live visuals and enthusiastic crowds. After 9 years, nearly a hundred podcasts deep, and a growing number of artist releases under their belt, the team has grown to be one of, if not thee, top ranking platform in the communal beat scene. Resident OGs Rick G, Dropdead and DMM join us on Beats of All-Nations Radio 034. They are accompanied by their VJ, Major Gape, who really puts the Cinema in the crew’s name. They collectively takeover the show with their unique sound stylings and own remixes and further discuss their visions with Mike Styles and Gabe Real. Keep up with Beat Cinema events and releases at www.beatcinema.org

Episode 031 features Adrian Plus joins us with a seamless steamy mix that ranges from sweet summer soul to modern electronic boogie with a solid dose of hip hop and everything that influences him in between.
We open the show with another highly requested, feel good reggae 45 set by DJ Gabe Real, playing the not so obvious or easy to find chunes. We take a trip down memory lane and he discusses his work as an engineer on Afta-1’s “FORM” LP as one of the first projects that came out of Music Culture Freedom Studio as it plays behind the discussion. Subira wraps the show with an eclectic mix of hip hop and Mike Styles hangs out for the conversation.
Catch Adrian Plus every Second Saturday at Homage Brewing for “Arts and Drafts” at the Pomona Artwalk.

Mike Styles brings the Carnaval after party with some nice Brasilian tunes and then Cut Chemist and co. talk with one of our favorite sample based producers and artist, Mumbles (Book Of Human Language by Aceyalone) and his beginnings, current and future projects.
Getting 2018 off to a great start at A Stable Sound. Cut Chemist and legendary Hip Hop photographer/director/cultural enthusiast, B+ get way deep in LA music history and his explorations of music around the world. Much of which is captured in his recent photo book, GHOST NOTES: Music of the Unplayed. Recorded Live at Dublab.

Producer Max I Million (https://soundcloud.com/max-i-million) has put together an amazing conceptual mix transmitting live and worldwide from Stockholm, Sweden to Pomona, CA. He’s done official remix work for the likes of CL Smooth, Edo G, Planet Asia, Kev Brown, and Masta Ace. “I also worked with Promoe from Looptroop Rockers and ADL, who are about as close you can get to Swedish Hip Hop legends.” Max’s last release was on an instrumental cassette called Beats, Mines & Life, where he shares space with Ayatollah, Khrysis, M-Phazes and Nottz. Look out for his latest drop with Chuck D, Bishop Lamont and Mykill Miers on Counterweight Records. His right hand man Chapee intros the mix on a track the two previously collaborated on. “He’s a real master of ceremony, and I’m usually that cat in the background who speak with my music.”
Mike Styles opens the show with a short mix featuring new music from Makaya McCraven, Co. Fee, Sumohair and SUPERSAN. Gabe Real seals the deal with a dj buffet and a blast from the past when he reunites with a scratch record he pressed and released in the early 2000s.
